Foreclosure Real Estate Deals in Highlands Ranch
It's a stable market here. Out of 400 or so homes for sale there may only be 8 - 12 foreclosure deals to be found. In the current market, that usually means bank owned homes. The banks try to get full market price here and the lower priced deals have tended to be houses with lots of deferred maintenance. HUD homes are no longer the deals they used to be as they are all going to an auction process that bids up the prices.
